1. Delete inside the app (fastest)
Open the Active app and sign in.
Go to Settings › Delete Account.
Read the confirmation message, then tap Yes, Delete.
Confirm your sign-in (Android and iOS require a recent login for security).
What happens next?
Your account credentials, cloud-synced workouts, nutrition logs, and any backups are marked for deletion immediately.
They are permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.
Local data stored on your phone is removed as part of the process.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at admin@active-fitness-tracker.com from the address linked to your account.
Include the subject line “Delete My Active Account”.
We will verify ownership and erase all data within 30 days of your request.
Data retained after deletion
None. We delete or anonymize all personally identifiable information. Only aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (e.g., total installs per month) are kept for business statistics.
Reversing a deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may create a new account at any time, but past data will not be recoverable.
3. Request other deletions by email
If you want us to delete only certain items—for example, last month’s workouts but not this month, or your saved reminder schedules—email admin@active-fitness-tracker.com with:
Subject line: “Partial Data Deletion Request”
Your account email (or UID if you know it).
What to delete: e.g., “All workout routes before May 1 2025” or “Delete all Push-notification tokens.”
We will reply within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
