10. Termination
Termination by You: You may stop using the App and terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive any termination.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Active – Fitness & Nutrition, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the App;
- Your violation of any term of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, property, or privacy right.
